What services do you offer?

Our services include copy editing and proofreading services for corporate communications including press releases, blog content, article writing, and website content creation. Our writing team also reviews personal works including manuscript query letters, manuscripts of short and book-length works, and some academic papers depending on the subject matter.

How do your services work?

Do you use automated services to write, edit or translate my copy?

We wouldn’t dream of using an automated service to edit or translate copy. It won’t happen. Never. Ever.

What are your prices?

In many cases we have standard prices for our services including proofreading and copy editing The average price for comprehensive editing of a document with fewer than 400 words is $75. Please review our price list for the costs to develop original content. The cost for an original press release is $99. Individual blog posts or single pages of web content cost $60. In all cases, we assume the word count will be 400 words or fewer. If you require a longer document or need additional services, including research, interviews, translation, distribution, printing or e-book conversion, please contact us for a price quote.

I am interested in a longer-term arrangement, an ongoing project or an outsourcing arrangement. Can you help me?

How long will my order take to complete?

For a standard order of 600 words or less, you will receive your first draft within 24 hours. Longer documents or projects that require translation services may take slightly longer, up to a maximum of 48 hours.

How many times will you revise my copy?

We will provide you with as many revisions as it takes to satisfy your needs. We are not happy until you are satisfied. That said, our first drafts are typically very close to final versions, and we rarely need to provide repeated revisions.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your written copy, we will refund your money. It’s that simple.

Our money-back guarantee is not extended to third-party distribution or translation services whose products we resell.

I am concerned about privacy. Will I be protected?

Can I trust that the written material provide to me is original?

Do you provide translation services?

XpressEDIT works with a team of language experts who can translate copy into many languages. Prices are based on the “language to” translation and the document word count.

Is there any type of assignment you refuse? Refusal of service.

XpressEDIT reserve the right to refuse any project for any reason to any customer or prospective customer for any reason and without explanation.
